Location
A 200-year-old hamlet in the beautiful wine valley of Župa, nestled in the heart of Serbia, a little known corner of South East Europe. The nearest airport is Belgrade, 2.5hr flight from London, UK.
Activities and prices
Two yoga sessions are offered every day of your stay. A morning Hatha yoga session is a perfect way to gently get your body moving and quiet down the mind. In the evening you can join a relaxing Nidra yoga session. The sessions are conducted by our professional and qualified yoga teacher.
Making something with your hands is a great way to unwind, stimulating our curiosity and creativity. The craft (weaving, pottery, painting, knitting, crochet, embroidery) and cookery workshops are led by local artisans; no previous experience required. You will take home new skills and the fruits of your efforts.
During the walks you will absorb the calm of nature, its sounds and scents. A mindful pause is an excellent way to develop attention and concentration, the quality of being present and enjoying the moment.

Guestbook
"The restorative, meditative yoga practice gave a note of mindfullness to all activities. A well-balanced program, peaceful and still interesting and lovely. And our kind hosts did everything to make us feel at home. We were instructed in pottery, knitting, embroidery, cooking etc. by local people, eager to share their craftsmanship. I enjoyed every minute!" - Kristina, Netherlands
"I had the most amazing time in Serbia with Blue Plum Escapes. It was everything I had expected and more: there were enough activities to keep you busy if you wanted to but also plenty of time to relax and just enjoy the beautiful village where we were staying. The food was absolutely fantastic, I still think about our meals there very fondly! I would recommend this holiday to anyone looking for something different and relaxing." - Claire, France
"I followed my wife on this retreat. As I'm not a great fun of yoga I was bit concerned, I didn't want to be under pressure. It turned out there was no pressure at all. The program was adapted to all tastes. I greatly enjoyed the pottery workshops, the wine tasting and the food, and the general take-it-easy atmosphere. The nature is superb, I made some great photos during our walks. I definitely recommend this holiday." - Aleksandar, Netherlands
