Real Boot Camp Spain is a new type of boot camp where you can wind down and tone up at the same time, with plenty of time to relax and a little luxury thrown in. A fresher and much gentler approach to exercise and nutrition. You will leave this retreat lighter, fitter, more toned and with a true feeling of wellbeing.

Real Boot Camp Spain's venue is sited in the green heart of the Northern Costa Blanca, in a pretty and peaceful location nestled between the mountains and the sea.
Activities and Prices
The retreat is based on a carefully thought out exercise and nutritional programme, centred around walking, stretching, core training exercises, yoga, pilates, targeted circuit training, personal defence, and coastal walks and hikes, with plenty of personal time where you can relax and unwind, plus a great menu of massages, therapies and beauty treatments.
Prices: From £848 per person for 6 nights/7 days; excluding flights.
No single supplements and guests are never asked to share accommodation.
