Activities and Prices
The Farm's team of professionals create a personalised plan to improve your physical-emotional health, spiritual vitality, fitness and movement, nutrition, and stress management. Daily activities include morning and afternoon yoga and meditation, power walking, 'Alive' food prep classes, circuit training, aqua aerobics, ab blaster, and mandala flower arranging. Nurturing Asian treatments and massages are also available.

Six-night healing retreat from approx USD3000 per person sharing a double/twin room; from approx USD3500 single room.

The Farm's Alive! cuisine features freshly harvested ingredients from the resort's organic garden. It has high nutritional value that is energising, beautifying, detoxifying, and age-defying.
