Skyros' Life Choices programme is an ideal opportunity to step back from everyday routines. Fully supported by a relaxed environment and top-notch tutors, people are reminded of what makes them smile and what they really want. Skyros offers encouragement to leave behind life's limitations and go for what really matters.

The Life Choices programme is held at the Skyros Centre, high up in the charming, traditional village of Skyros, Skyros island, Greece. The long, sandy beach is a pleasant ten-minute walk away.
Life Coaching courses run for 3 hours mid-morning and develop over 8 days with a day's break in-between. Early morning yoga is offered and late afternoons are reserved for music and arts activities or occasional 'Taste of Greece' events including talks, Greek music, dance and visits to places of interest. Massage treatments are available (enquire for prices).

The day begins with early morning yoga followed by breakfast and then, the centre piece of the day, the late morning courses. These courses run for three hours per day, for five days. On a two-week holiday, they continue into the second week after two course-free days.
Prices include twin shared accommodation, two delicious meals per day (usually breakfast and lunch) and all courses. Single upgrades are subject to availability. Optional massage treatments are payable on site.
Participants stay in rooms close to the Centre that combine modern comforts (air-conditioning, fridge, kettle) with Skyrian ambience and traditional Greek design. Most are ensuites or apartments.
Adapted from the villagers' traditional diet, meals (usually breakfast and lunch) are based on fresh, natural and local ingredients. Vegetarians are always catered for.
How ethical is the holiday?
