Sun Power Yoga teacher training is a highly accredited REPS level 3 qualification and Yoga Alliance 200hrs. SPY is a mix of three styles: dynamic hatha, sivananda, astanga vinyasa. Their qualification allows you to work in any institution in the UK and the world including USA, Australia and NZ. They run courses in London, and Midlands at the weekend on a Sunday, and a two-week residential option in Spain and Greece.
